Welcome to Haydn Scott Personal Training. My goal is to give you a training experience like never before. I am the first to admit that this industry is full of ego, desperation and to be frank, laziness. I stand out from the crowd. I am a personal trainer, I have always wanted to be a personal trainer and I will always be a personal trainer. This is not my part time job, not a hobby or something to make some extra cash. This is my career, and my success in this industry starts and finishes with you, my client. If you fail, I fail, simple!

FAQ:

Q: I have had a trainer in the past and I did not obtain results. Why should I try again?
A: This is one of the most common concerns I deal with on a daily basis. Many of my clients have experienced this. I can assure you that after only 1 week of training with me you will have no hesitation in continuing on. As stated above, I am different. My success relies on you!

Q: I am motivated already. I train at the gym alone, what benefits would I get from personal training?
A: That's fantastic! The fact that you train already means your mentally strong and committed. I can guarantee you that personal training sessions would help your workouts significantly. No matter how strong, fit or mentally tough you are, personal training can help. Even the greatest athletes on this planet, like Usain Bolt, Lance Armstrong and many, many others have personal trainers. If it can benefit them, imagine what it can do for you!

Q: I don't think I am fit enough for personal training. I haven't trained in a long time and I think I would get to sore. Is this correct?
A: This is a common concern. Let me tell you this could not be further from the truth! If you are just starting out or getting back into it, then personal training is ideal. You don't need to worry about how to train, what to train or how to enjoy training, it just happens! And as for being to sore, well we work at a pace that allows progression.

Q: Personal training seems very expensive. How can I possibly ever afford it?
A: I agree that times are tough and priorities need to be put in place financially. Personal training begins as little as $45 per week. This is a small investment into your future. This investment allows you to learn exercise form, techniques, routines, reduce stress, improve sleep, nutritional advice and all while improving your body, health and overall well being. Personal training makes sense, and it is such a small price to pay for all of the benefits you receive.
